In the real estate business since 1989, Bill has experienced every aspect of the business including residential and commercial sales, corporate relocations, construction, financing, and development. Knowledge in both marketing and construction has proven to be an asset.

Originally with Century 21, Bill joined the RE/MAX team in 1996 and is a proud member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Platinum Club. He is the proud owner of RE/MAX Hiawassee Realty.

Bill’s wife and partner, Jaime, is no stranger to the real estate business either. She grew up with her parents owning a local real estate company. Jaime chose not to follow in their footsteps and became a pharmacist. Bill and Jaime have one child, Morgan Ashley, who was born in June 2005.

Sally Conaway, originally licensed in 1975 worked in the Atlanta market for several years then took a break from real estate to open a Home Décor Store in 1983.

After growing up in the mountains of Pennsylvania, Sally’s dream was to return to the lifestyle of mountain living. She was able to accomplish this in 1994. Sally and her late husband, Doug a retired Delta pilot and contractor, found Hiawassee. Sally then resumed her career with real estate and joined RE/MAX where her love of the mountains has been passed on to many customers and she has been a million dollar producer for several years.

Ted and Patsy retired from their corporate careers and moved to the mountains in 1999. They immediately attended school and obtained their real estate licenses in Georgia and North Carolina. Previous backgrounds in Financial Management, Labor Relations and Environmental Operations have proven to be helpful in their new careers. They began their real estate careers in April 2000 and have been very successful in locating properties that have fulfilled many dreams. Specialties include acreage,waterfront, and view properties.

As a native of the mountains, Karen Godfrey has been a realtor in this area for over 12 years. She currently serves as Vice President for the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors. Licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina, Karen has chosen to combine her love of the mountains and knowledge of the area into a successful real estate career. This winning combination has allowed her to better assist her clients and customers in “making their real estate dreams come true”.

Karen resides on a farm in North Carolina. She has 2 grown children, one golden retriever, and one spoiled horse. Karen’s late husband, Michael’s, 25+ year career with TVA in Reservoir and River Operations has afforded her a great working knowledge of the lake and river systems in our area.

Karen serves as a board member for a non-profit organization, Joanna Cornerstone Ministries, which serves the community by assisting high school seniors in the scholarship application process. This includes interviews, providing transportation, etc. Their greatest contribution has been in helping contributors start scholarship programs for area youth.

PJ McClure is a native of Towns County and a Young Harris College Alumni. She has spent most of her adult life in the field of real estate. PJ is a multi-million dollar producer and has won numerous honors and awards.

She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and a licensed broker in GA and NC. Her specialties are Lake Chatuge, Fine Homes and Estates, Farms, Acreage, Commercial and 1031 Exchanges.

After moving back to the mountains, and while raising two young sons, she began her career as an appraiser’s apprentice in 1986. She became a licensed appraiser and continued to appraise property for 11 years.

In 1988, she received her broker’s license and has been actively selling real estate for 20 years. She was a former owner of a Century 21 office and came to RE/MAX Hiawassee after selling her business. PJ is a member of the “McDream Team” along with Donna Bragg and Laurie Taylor.

PJ currently resides on a small farm in the Bell Creek Community of Hiawassee. She is the mother of two adult sons, and a beautiful granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys training and grooming her Curly horses, playing with Lilly, her Springer Spaniel, and trout fishing!

Jeanne is a native Georgian, born in the “Hills of Habersham”, but lived in metro Atlanta for over 30 years. Her first career was with the Internal Revenue Service where she was an instructor, unit supervisor, and participated in the management training program.

Her love for the land, and personal investments in real estate, brought her into the real estate profession. She has been a Realtor for more than 25 years, working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties. Jeanne has extensive experience in land development, lot and land sales, and residential construction. She has also been the Broker/Owner of two successful companies. She is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and has earned the presitigious Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

A life-long commitment to ethical and professional real estate service has resulted in numerous positions of leadership in the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors, including President.
